Susan has over 20 years of commercial experience. She worked in the private financial sector in the City of London as a Reinsurance Broker at senior management level. 

Susan was invited to join a non-executive team for a small charity supporting children at risk of exclusion from schools. She also undertook social work training and mentored the children at risk within the schools. Susan has also worked as a Citizens Advice bureau advisor.

Susan has since retrained to become an Accredited Integrative Counsellor. Her work has spanned both the private and the public sector over the past ten years. Her experience includes working with couples, with vulnerable women, in a GP surgery, and with those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. 

Her experience has given her a broad range of skills both in the private and the not for profit sector that she enjoys putting to use for the benefit of ACC. In her leisure time she enjoys long walks in the South Downs.

Rosey Whorlow

Rosey Whorlow

Rosey is a senior lecturer in Creative & Digital Technologies at the University of Chichester where she has worked across the curriculum, as well as to a range of modules in other departments. She has a master’s degree in creative media and is a Fellow of The Royal Society For The Arts.

Rosey is a Labour councillor for Central Ward in Worthing in which role she is also the Worthing Cabinet Member for Community Wellbeing.

Holly is a Senior Lecturer at Chichester University, teaching in the Counselling Psychology and Humanistic Counselling degrees. Holly is a Humanistic-Existential Counsellor who, in her private practice, specialises in working with adults with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, ODD and other Neurodevelopmental Conditions.

Dr Liz West has worked in psychiatry for many years and is currently working as a consultant for the enhanced community rehab service in Bognor/Chichester. She is also qualified as a psychosexual therapist and is a registered supervisor for other therapists

Louise Griffin

Louise has worked for a leading mental health charity for many years. She is am a BACP Humanistic therapist with over twenty years’ experience. She work with clients experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, infertility including secondary fertility issues, parenting issues and bereavement.
