Sally is a supervisor with ACC as well as our Operations Manager
She is an experienced integrative counsellor who with trained with The Minster Centre in London, one of the UK’s most prestigious therapy colleges. She is a qualified supervisor having trained with the Connexus Institute in Hove, East Sussex.
Lawrence is our newly-appointed Clinical Lead. He trained integratively at university, and did a Gestalt Diploma. Lawrence has twenty years plus clinical experience at Mind in Croydon, RELATE and as an HIV specialist in the NHS. He delivers CPD and has a small private practice.
Our part time Finance Manager Ailsa Burkimsher is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience who has had a variety of accountancy practice, industry and training roles but has now moved in the charity sector and is juggling this role with other part time charity roles. Ailsa works closely our director and administrators on developing a more uptodate accounting system. Outside of work Ailsa enjoys watching her son play grassroots football, watching muscials and reading about Women's History.
Erin is a Fundraiser with over 14 years' experience in the not-for-profit and third sector. She supports Arun Counselling Centre with funding bids to trusts and foundations, ensuring the financial stability of the charity. Working with Arun Counselling Centre gives her the opportunity to combine her fundraising skills and experience with her passion for counselling and therapy. Erin loves football, reading and swimming in the sea.
