Mary is an experienced counsellor and clinical supervisor who has worked in various roles at ACC since 2006, which includes 18 months as Director. With a background in Psychology, she is a BACP senior accredited supervisor who has worked as a sixth-form counsellor and as a psychological therapist/counsellor for the NHS as well as running a small private practice. Her BA in Humanistic Counselling is augmented by her interest in existential psychotherapy and creative approaches to therapy. Mary is also a practising artist and printmaker.

Julie is an integrative therapist I use a range of theories including, humanistic, psychodynamic, CBT, gestalt, Jungian and TA.  She holds an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Therapy and a Certificate in Clinical Supervision. She works with Arun as a supervisor of two supervision groups  

Maggie is a counsellor in private practice as well as a supervisor with Arun Counselling 

Sam is a BACP accredited counsellor, working in private practice as a supervisor and counsellor, in addition to being a Clinical Supervisor for Arun Counselling.  She previously worked as Personal Tutor to trainee counsellors on the Chichester Counselling diploma training, and has been a volunteer counsellor for both Chichester Counselling and YMCA Dialogue.

Rob is a BACP senior accredited counsellor with many years’ experience as both a counsellor and clinical supervisor. He has worked as a university lecturer teaching both Early Years students and trainee counsellors, with Chichester and Winchester Universities and the Open University. He is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He has his own private practice and works as an independent supervisor. He has recently published the second edition of Child Development and the Brain with Policy Press.

Sally is a supervisor with ACC as well as our administrator. 

She is an experienced integrative counsellor who with trained with The Minster Centre in London, one of the UK’s most prestigious therapy colleges. She is currently training as a supervisor with the Connexus Institute in Hove, East Sussex.
