James has spent almost his entire career in the third sector, including over 11 years with Shaw Trust, one of the UK’s largest charities. James has led provision delivering Mental Health Services, Adult Education and Supported Employment, bringing expertise in operational management, partnerships, business development and finance.

Sally is a supervisor with ACC as well as our Operations Manager

She is an experienced integrative counsellor who with trained with The Minster Centre in London, one of the UK’s most prestigious therapy colleges. She is a qualified supervisor having trained with the Connexus Institute in Hove, East Sussex. 

Erin is a Fundraiser with over 14 years' experience in the not-for-profit and third sector. She supports Arun Counselling Centre with funding bids to trusts and foundations, ensuring the financial stability of the charity. Working with Arun Counselling Centre gives her the opportunity to combine her fundraising skills and experience with her passion for counselling and therapy. Erin loves football, reading and swimming in the sea.

Charlie is a qualified bookkeeper with two years of finance experience and over ten years in administration. A former hairdresser, she brings a warm, people-focused approach to her work, and with strong organisational skills, she helps keep our team running smoothly and efficiently. Outside the office, Charlie enjoys spending time with her family and long walks with her lively Miniature Schnauzer
