We are absolutely thrilled to announce we have been awarded £20,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund. This is the largest grant that Arun Counselling Centre has received in its history and this vital funding will go towards our core costs.
As well as providing financial stability to our organisation this year, this funding will also enable us to be there for all who need us, improving the mental health & wellbeing of local people.
The National Lottery Community Fund gives out more than £600 million to charities, community and voluntary groups each year. Their priority is to support community led projects and they believe that social connections and community activities are at the heart of creating healthier, happier lives and a flourishing society. We are very grateful that the National Lottery Community Fund has recognised our work in supporting local people with their mental health.
