Thank you to Arundel Town Council

 We'd like to extend our greatest thanks to Arundel Town Council for their recent grant to us. This funding will help support residents break down barriers to counselling to ensure better mental health for our whole community. 

The grant means those living in the area are able to access fully or partially funded counselling sessions that can help them, and those around them, to move forward in life. This could include rebuilding confidence or self-esteem from being unemployed, developing coping strategies for anxiety, processing trauma or accessing support after losing a loved one. 

Thank you to everyone at the council for their ongoing support which makes a huge difference to the lives of people in Arundel.
