The environment where counselling takes place matters more than many people realise, and we would like to thank Littlehampton Town Council for their grant funding to help us transform our rooms and improve the spaces where we deliver counselling. 

The furniture we choose, the lighting in a room and the tools we have available can all make the difference between someone feeling comfortable enough to open up and move forwards or holding back. Our aim is to create warm, welcoming and private spaces that encourage conversation and help people feel genuinely at ease from the moment they arrive. Thanks to Littlehampton Town Council, we have been able to invest in new seating, softer lighting and sensory resources that make a real difference to the therapeutic experience. 

What feels calming and safe can differ from person to person, and having spaces that are thoughtfully designed with flexibility in mind means we can better meet the needs of every individual who comes to us for support.
